当我看到

When I see people

那些活出真实自我的人

who are living fully who they are,

那些真诚坦率

who are honestly who they are,

坚信自己信仰

who believe what they believe,

并且坚守信仰的人

and who stand by it,

我知道那就是正确的

I know that that's right.

当我看到

And when I see people

那些试图假装成别人

who are trying to be something they're not

或者没有说出自己真实想法的人

or not speaking their whole truth,

我为他们感到非常不安

I feel very uncomfortable for them.

我觉得人生实在太短暂

I think in this life is very short, in fact,

没有时间

And there is, you know, there is no time

去变得狭隘自私

to be small or selfish

或者被物质残酷

or distracted by materialpossessions

别人的看法所左右

or cruelty or opinions or,

你必须要真实地做自己

you know, just that you have to just be fully as you are

知道自己的声音并坚守它

and know your voice and stand by it

就像有人曾经说过的一样

because I think somebody said once,

我不知道是谁说的

I don't know who says this.

但我觉得很好

I'm grateful.

重要的不是你做了什么

It's not what you do.

而是你选择不去做什么

It's what you choose not to do.
